“PAINFUL EXPERIENCES ARE
CHALLENGING. BUT THEY DO NOT
HAVE TO BURDEN US FOR A LIFETIME.
WE CAN PROCESS WHAT WE HAVE
EXPERIENCED AND FIND NEW JOY IN LIFE.”
On our journey through life, we also encounter challenges that we sometimes do not fully process.
When events, both physical and psychological, are too overwhelming, the memories are stored and activated differently in our memory. This is known as trauma.
As a result, tension, anxiety, inner conflicts and avoidance strategies can severely affect our quality of life.
The triggering events can vary in size and intensity. The “everyday blockages” in particular are often neglected.
We try to live with these everyday blockages, but they prevent us from living our lives freely and powerfully.
With the help of the modern,scientifically-researched EMDR technique, it is possible to process traumatic experiences effectively and efficiently. Issues that keep tripping you up can be resolved effectively and sustainably. The memory of the experience is processed and changed (reprocessing).
In this way, you can desensitize and heal the wounds from the past in order to be back in flow with your life and your own nature.
When a person dies, it can happen that we as the bereaved no longer feel the connection to the deceased due to the great pain. We feel cut off.
With the help of the IADC method (induced after-death communication), I will help you through the pain with empathetic processes.
I support you in achieving an open inner attitude that helps you to gently process the grief, heal the pain and thus establish a new connection to the deceased person. Very often, a spontaneous, inner encounter with the deceased is then possible again.
As human beings, we have a very natural bond with each other, even after death. It is therefore still possible and very effective to come to terms with grief using the IADC method even after many years of death.
